This house was built by Padre Luis Gonzaga de Santana Sequeira, and was used as a bakery by him till the late 50s.

Please add 15% government tax to all of the above rates.

*Supplementary Charges: For a week including 25th Dec add £150 (€ 188 / $ 233). For a week including 31st Dec add £150. For a week including both Dec 25th and Dec 31st add £300 (€ 376 / $466) to the weekly rate.

The Beach Houses or Otter Creek Tents are available for rent for a minimum period of one week. We may be flexible depending on the bookings. For part weeks thereafter, the rate is calculated on a pro rata basis. Therefore, to calculate the day rate, please divide the weekly rate by 7. When a letting period spans two pricing bands there the price will be calculated on a per night basis.

IMPORTANT: Once you have made a reservation and your credit card has been debited, there can be no cancellation or refund, unless we can fill the cancelled slot with another booking.

A maximum of 2 guests per bedroom, can occupy the Bakery. The rates per week include all facilities except transportation, food & beverages, laundry and telephone calls. We can provide a camp bed in one of the bedrooms at an additional cost. We can only accept bookings with children 10 years or older in The Bakery.
