This house was built by Padre Luis Gonzaga de Santana Sequeira. It was an extension of the main house and this is where the livestock was kept. It has now been transformed into a beautiful two bedroom villa, minus all traces of any livestock !

The Beach Houses will be closed from June 1st till Sept 30th for the Monsoon season.

The Beach Houses or Otter Creek Tents are available for rent for a minimum period of one week. We may be flexible depending on the bookings. For part weeks thereafter, the rate is calculated on a pro rata basis. Therefore, to calculate the day rate, please divide the weekly rate by 7. Where a letting period spans two pricing bands then the price will be calculated on a per night basis. Please add 10% tax to the above rates.

IMPORTANT: Once you have made a reservation and your credit card has been debited, there can be no cancellation or refund.

A maximum of four guests - two per bedroom, can occupy the Piggery. One extra child ­ below 10 years old will be permitted per bedroom, provided the child shares the bed with the parents. The rates per week include all facilities except transportation, food & beverages, laundry and telephone calls. Baby cribs can be provided at an additional cost. Also, in one of the bedrooms, we can provide a camp bed at an additional cost.
