This house was built by Padre Luis Gonzaga de Santana Sequeira. It was an extension of the main house and this is where the livestock was kept. It has now been transformed into a beautiful two bedroom villa, minus all traces of any livestock !

We prefer bookings for a minimum of one week but will accept shorter bookings depending on availability.

IMPORTANT: Once you have made a reservation and your credit card has been debited, there can be no cancellation or refund unless we can fill the cancelled slot with another booking. We may publish discounted, last minute offers on our website. However, these discounted rates will not be applicable to prior bookings which were already accepted with terms mentioned by email at the time of booking.

A maximum of four guests - two per bedroom, can occupy the Piggery. One extra child � below 10 years old will be permitted per bedroom, provided the child shares the bed with the parents. The rates per week include all facilities except transportation, food & beverages, laundry and telephone calls. In one of the bedrooms, a baby crib/child's cot can be provided at no additional cost, and a camp bed can be provided at an additional cost.
